Every Zonrits screen is only made once you order — exactly to your measurements, in our own factory in Istanbul.

From order to your front door

Your order comes in
Your measurements and choices go straight into the production schedule, where the cutting sizes and fabric dimensions are calculated.

Profiles cut to size
The aluminium cassette, side guides and bottom bar are cut to size and powder-coated in your chosen RAL colour.

Cutting the fabric and fitting the zip
The screen fabric is cut to size and fitted with a zip on both sides, which holds it securely in the guides even in the wind.

Assembly with Somfy motor
The tube, the Somfy io motor and the fabric are assembled inside the cassette.

Inspection and packaging
The screen is inspected and packed securely for transport, together with all fixings and the instructions.

Transport to the Netherlands
Your screen travels with our regular transport to the Netherlands and is delivered to your home free of charge.
