Design your zip screen in our configurator, add it to your basket and complete your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away with all your chosen measurements and options.

At checkout you pay securely online, with options including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and Klarna.

As long as production hasn’t started, we can usually still change your order. Please contact us as soon as possible and quote your order number.

Yes. All prices on our website include 21% VAT, the Somfy io motor and delivery within the Netherlands.

Every zip screen is made to measure. Delivery takes 3 to 5 weeks from your order. We’ll let you know when your screen is on its way.

Delivery within the Netherlands is free. Large screens are delivered by a carrier specialising in long parcels.

At the moment we only deliver within the Netherlands. Live in Belgium? Get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.

Our “How to measure” page explains what to measure for each fitting type. Always measure in three places and use the smallest measurement; our calculator converts it into the right order size.

Yes, we’d be happy to. Send us a photo of your window or situation with your measurements via the contact form, and we’ll check them before you order.

Yes. With standard tools and two people, a zip screen is easy to install yourself. You’ll find the step-by-step guide on our installation page.

The Somfy io motor has a connection cable that you plug into an outdoor socket or connect to a switch. Have any fixed connection to the mains done by a qualified electrician.

You get a 2-year warranty on your zip screen and 5 years on the Somfy motor. You also always keep your statutory rights: a product must do what you can reasonably expect of it.

Contact us via the contact form and include a photo or short video. We’ll work out a solution together, for example by sending you a replacement part.

Zip screens are made specially to your measurements. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to made-to-measure products. Your statutory warranty and our own warranty of course still apply.

Products that are not made to measure, such as a separate remote control, can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, unused and in their original packaging.
